The only constant is impermanence.

I started this website to write about mindfulness as a parent of young children and to promote my Buddhist children’s book, In the Garden of Our Minds and Other Buddhist Stories. Years later, I have decided to revise it to showcase a continuing passion of mine: quilting.

I will post photos of completed quilts, with descriptions about their inspiration and process, and I will write about quilts I am working on. Other creative endeavors may turn up from time to time. Also, I have a rabbit – expect photos.
